In a small group from 2 to a maximum of 10 people you will reconnect with yourself through nature. You will know how to effectively and quickly de-stress. You can establish the balance between your inner needs and outer demands and most of all you will experience yourself connected to all parts of you from the physical to the metaphysical.
Flow In Nature and Flow In Motion are retreat programs designed to transform the mind, the soul and the body in/with/through the presence of the elements in nature. Earth, air, water, wood, fire....are in old traditions the building blocks of life and hold all the keys for understanding yourself and long-lasting transformation. Therefor we have chosen the Western Algarve as all of the elements can be found in its purest forms.
Nature has always been known as a catalyst for inner transformations. Grounding or earthing is so much needed for balance and optimal health but rarely found in our informational digital society and yet so abundantly accessible just by being in the
quietness of nature. Something we have forgotten long since and only now starting to rediscover. The unlimited forces of nature support your journey for self-discovery and a healthier life. We will explore a variety in landscapes and sceneries to experience the different elements of journey.
What to expect?
The program is focused on learning through experiencing by doing meditations, mindful walks and other exercises. You will receive a workbook that allows you to make your own roadmap to inner peace , self care and self love. There is plenty of time for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Why is being connect to your Authentic Self important?
Being connected to your Authentic Self is like having an inner compass to guide your with grace and ease through life. It helps you to make choices that are better for you and the people around you.
Your authentic self is who you really are deep down. It is also the part of you that is free from external influences and does not care what others think of you so you can be true to yourself, your values, dreams and needs.
Not being connected to your Authentic Self means your are always adapting yourself and that is a very big stressor. Your choices come from a place that is not really you and will never totally fulfill nor satisfy you.
In the program you will learn to distinguish what drives you from deep within or what are your external motivators.
Connected to your Authentic Self lowers stress and gives you more self esteem. To be able to experience this connection self-care is an important thing.
You will also experience how everything is connected and that you are part of something bigger than yourself and that what you think, feel and do does matter and how this influences for better or for worse your environment.
It seems like an abstract concept but the real value is in your day to day actions, the choices that you make, the things that you say. You follow your heart and balance it with your head.
As a result you will have experiences, meet people that will give you joy and fulfillment.

The schedule varies depending on the weather & season.
Accommodation at Casa Eleonora for 6 nights.
Meals during the 6 day program starting Sunday evening & ending on Saturday at breakfast.
Breakfast & dinner are healthy & balanced meals with an accent on fresh vegetables & fruit, as much as possible organic & local
The specific content of the program as described, water, tea & coffee are complimentary
Transportation to & from the airport.
All personal expenses & extra treatments.
It is mandatory to have a customer travel & health insurance.
